No, we do not offer DPA agreements.

Because the app uses Javascript, no customer data is stored.
Does MinMaxify support headless commerce?
Though it is on the dev roadmap, the app does not support hydrogen or headless storefronts in 2023.

Is MinMaxify compatible with my theme?
MinMaxify should be compatible with all known Shopify themes. Our recommendation for the app to work with published and unpublished themes is to enable the app embed block on your theme and use the same loading method on the app.
